All-day breakfast in Cebu City: pancakes at 4pm are valid

Somewhere along the way, somebody decided breakfast ends at 10:30. We've never agreed with that person. Breakfast is the best menu of the day: eggs, garlic rice, pancakes, strong coffee. Why would you only get access to it for a few hours after waking up?

So we made it simple. Te'Amo opens at 6am and the breakfast menu runs until we close at 10pm. Every day. If you want tapsilog at 7 in the evening, that is between you and your plate, and we support it.

The case for breakfast at merienda

Cebu runs on odd schedules. Call center shifts end when the rest of the city is having lunch. Students crawl out of the library at 3pm having eaten nothing but crackers. Parents get their first quiet hour after school drop-off. For all of these people, "breakfast" is not a time. It's a mood, and the mood usually says garlic rice.

An all-day breakfast café solves this quietly. Night shift worker eating silog at 6pm? Normal here. First date over pancakes at 4? We've seen it end well.

Breakfast is not a time. It's a mood, and the mood usually says garlic rice.

What to order when you come

There's a full menu beyond breakfast too: pastas, cakes, matcha everything. You can search the whole menu here before you visit.

Where to find us

We're on the 2nd floor of Hotel One along Juana Osmeña St. in Cebu City, a short walk from the Fuente Osmeña area. Big windows, yellow chairs, free wifi and outlets, and a pet-friendly floor, so laptops, long study sessions, and dogs are all welcome. If Amber, our resident café dog, is on duty, she'll probably greet you before we do.

Can't make it in? We deliver across Cebu through Grab and foodpanda, pancakes included.

Open every day, 6:00am to 10:00pm. Weekends get cozy, so reserve a table if you're set on the window seat.

Breakfast, whenever you're ready

Walk in any day from 6am to 10pm, or save your favorite seat ahead. The pancakes will be there either way.
